Provider Health

The gateway continuously tracks provider health:

• Healthy: Normal operation
• Degraded: Elevated error rates or latency
• Unhealthy: Consistent failures
• Circuit Open: Provider temporarily disabled

Credential Health

The gateway monitors credential validity:

• valid — Credential works normally
• rate_limited — Provider rate limit hit
• revoked — Credential rejected by provider
• expiring — Credential approaching expiration

Anomaly Detection

The gateway detects:

• Request rate spikes
• Off-hours activity patterns
• Data exfiltration attempts (abnormally large outputs)
• Caller token misuse

Console Dashboards

Access monitoring dashboards in the console:

• Performance: /gateways/{id}/performance — latency, throughput, error rates
• Cost Attribution: /gateways/{id}/costs — cost breakdown by team/user/provider
• Health: /gateways/{id}/health — real-time provider status
